1.- Lagoon inside Nevado de Toluca Volcano

2.- Sunken Church in Churumuco, Michoacan

The Church of San Pedro Apostle, better known as the Sunken Church of Churumuco, was built in 1800. Due to the construction of El Infiernillo Dam, it and the entire town were submerged in 1965. In 1813, the priest José María Morelos y Pavón celebrated several masses here.

Today, this ancient building stands out from the waters that fill the dam and can be carefully observed by the boats that took you to it, and if you wish, you can descend from it and stay for a while in the remains that remain. The church is certainly an unparalleled experience.

This building is part of the history of our country, because during the colonial era, Father José María Morelos y Pavón was the parish priest of the town, and in 1813 he made several visits to the area. Mass.

3.- The Cave of the Sleeping Sharks, Isla Mujeres

Another of the amazing places of Mexico is the Cueva de los Tiburones Dormidos (Cave of the Sleeping Sharks). If you are an experienced diver, this is one of the sites you must visit.

It is located in the east of Isla Mujeres, about 30 minutes by boat at a depth of about 20 meters.

8.- Viewpoint La Piedra Volada of Barrancas del Cobre, Chihuahua

This is a voladero with an impressive view of the valley, located in Barrancas del Cobre or better known as Cañón del Cobre. This place is formed by seven canyons located in the Sierra Tarahumara in southwestern Chihuahua.

This viewpoint is characterized by a large unstable rock, and when you climb on it you experience the sensation of swaying.
