According to the studies, new homebuyers are 46% women and 54% men.
60% of women are single or divorced, while for men, 50% identify as single.
Most of them have a university degree.
Beach markets have an absorption of 60% domestic and 40% foreign, while urban markets are 87% domestic.

In first place are independent women. They have a high level of education and are mostly single or divorced.
They acquire housing as an equity investment and as a result of extensive planning, the financial aspects of the payment schemes are important to them, so they make decisions with a lot of analysis.
For this reason, they should be offered clear and transparent information on price and payment methods, as well as deed and maintenance costs.
A second target is singles, a segment with a significant upward trend in the beach markets, renting in the cities where they live, but acquiring vacation properties and renting on platforms as an investment.
To meet the needs of these customers (maintenance, amenities, home food delivery), lifestyle-oriented developments must be offered; more than 50% of them have pets, so the pet-friendly aspect of the projects.
Finally, foreigners, predominantly men, are looking for the digital experience and attention in English.
There is a difficulty in not having bank accounts in dollars or abroad. This segment is mainly for investment and vacation; it represents an enormous opportunity for growth.
