Residential complex of 6 towers with 96 apartments, all with two bedrooms, unlike the typical vacation rental offer, we created a space designed for people with remote work and creative entrepreneurs, who are part of this community.

Our apartments are designed to connect residents to the city, build community and co-create culture with people from all over the world.

A project that is in tune with the latest housing trends, where walls with three-dimensional structure are contemplated and the materiality has as a reference point the use of the most common materials of the site such as: chukum, natural stones, tropical wood textures and incorporation of vegetation within the landscaping which mimic the environment.
