It is comprised of 48 apartments divided into 2 buildings of 8 standard modules each, each with a total of 3 vacant floors; one per level. Likewise, the interior distribution of each typology offers more than one option of some spaces to satisfy most of the client's preferences.

We are inspired by vernacular architecture transforming endemic materials into contemporary spaces that meet the needs of our current life, using a more basic and primitive concept of architecture to start without pre-established ideas or misconceptions about what a space should be.
